How will we grade? Whoever lasts the Longest & Whoever kills him quickest. If you kill Kakashi, GOOD JOB! If you get killed by Kakashi, you don't have to do the posts although you will be judged if you lasted a long time.
Restrictions? Yes, you will have the Same HP/CHAKRA as Kakashi to make it a fair genuine fight. You may use your own Stats, which won't be restricted outside your HP/Chakra.
